Neshama Body & Soul combines movement and prayer. Our intention is to connect our physical and spiritual selves through strength-training, mobility, core work, and prayer. In
using both exercise and themes from Jewish liturgy, we dedicate ourselves as whole beings - body, mind, and spirit.
Neshama Body & Soul is open to all regardless of age, gender, or religious background.
